The Company's systems and procedures are based on decades of direct claims management experience and insight gained via senior management of hospitals, healthcare outsourcing firms, laboratories, assisted living, managed care and skilled nursing facilities. In early 2009, veteran entrepreneurs and former Stanford Business School classmates John Fowler and Joshua Greenberg acquired Copay Solutions with the objective of building it into the premier provider of Personal Healthcare Financial Management services. Fowler and Greenberg are fanatical about providing unparalleled customer service and assembling the best team in the business. They are working with an experienced team of health care experts, including company Founder George Pillari, who has over 20 years' experience in the health services industry.
