Copay Solutions Membership is tailored for the individual, family or caregiver who wants a long-term financial partner to help them save time and money.

Enrollment fee	$50 / individual $100 / family (of up to 4)	One-time fee due at inception - covers costs associated with registering with health plans and doctors
Monthly fee	$50 / individual $100 / family	Monthly fee includes: All processing costs for receipt and digitization of medical paperwork Full review of bills and payment of any expenses One hour of outreach and negotiation with hospital and/or insurance plan*
Success fee	25% of net savings	Only applicable in cases of major claim denial reversals and/or negotiated bill discounts. If a success fee is earned, any accrued fees from working on the claim and/or bill are credited against the success fee.

* Note: Customers will be notified in the rare case that Copay Solutions needs to engage in a protracted outreach or negotiation with a health plan or hospital (over and above the hour included with monthly membership.) The fee for this Extended Advocacy is $60/hour.
